Erik Cavazos is the VP of Client Services for eDI and oversees client support and client management. Erik has significant experience with all aspects of litigation support and has an expertise in technical and operational procedures.
Erik began his career in New York as a coordinator for IKON Office Solutions where he managed over 100 employees. Erik was also instrumental in doubling IKON's coding staff within one year. After IKON, Erik worked for the LIT Group where he served as the business development manager and later as an operations manager. Following the LIT Group, and prior to eDirect Impact, Erik served as a branch manager for Kelly Services where he supervised several aspects of litigation support.
Erik earned a Bachelor of Science in Music Education with an emphasis in Vocal Performance from Texas A&M University-Commerce. He continues his vocal studies and has performed as a guest tenor soloist in the Rio Grande Valley.
