Texas based eDirect Impact, LLC has hired Kim Davis to serve as a Business Development Manager with a focus on electronic discovery processing and hosting and eDI’s new SaaS offering. 

Kim works out of Dallas and has over 12 years of experience in Litigation Support with an extensive experience managing large discovery matters. 

Prior to joining eDI, Kim worked for Guidance Software, where she was an E-Discovery Project Manager as well as an E-Discovery Specialist.  Kim has presented to the Association of Corporate Counsel, Women in E-Discovery, numerous corporations, and outside counsel regarding the latest technologies and trends in E-Discovery. Mrs. Davis has also been a trial consultant for several years in the field of presenting electronic evidence in court.
