Sami Rahman is the founder and CEO of eDI. Sami has a national reputation as an experienced litigation technology specialist, knowledge management consultant, and business leader with a broad and successful background in implementing complex technological and information management solutions for law firms and corporations. Sami speaks nation-wide on cutting edge trends in litigation technology and has been a vocal participant in the EDRM conferences as well as other industry initiatives. As the CEO of eDI, Sami continues to lead the development and deployment of new technologies that create efficiencies for the proper management of electronic data in anticipation of and in response to regulatory and litigation matters.

Sami began his career in the litigation support arena in 1994 with IKON Office Solutions. At IKON, he created successful divisional startups and "best practices" for the company as well as managing 370 salespeople and a $350 million budget.

In 2002, Sami joined The LIT Group as the business development manager. During his tenure, Sami opened several markets, including an office in London that served the European electronic discovery and hosting market.

Sami holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in computer art and sculpture from the University of Wisconsin.
